District/Division Management

Overview

Use District/Division Management to manage district or division defaults, assignments, and school-level Work Based Learning settings. This page is helpful when you need to maintain Work Based Learning configuration for a specific district or division.

Permissions / Access

Who can perform this action?

  • Department Manager
  • Company Manager

Management Console -> Work Based Learning -> District/Division Management

Steps

  1. Navigate to Management Console.
  2. Select the Work Based Learning tab.
  3. Select District/Division Management.
  4. Review or update the district or division Work Based Learning settings.

Result

  • You can access district or division Work Based Learning settings.
  • Updated settings are applied to the selected district or division.

Notes / Tips

  • Confirm that you are working in the correct district or division before making updates.
  • Review related school-level settings after saving changes that affect multiple users.

Troubleshooting

Common issue: The district or division you need does not appear.

Solution: Confirm that you have access to the correct district or division and refresh the page.

Common issue: A saved update is not reflected in the selected area.

Solution: Reopen District/Division Management and confirm that the correct district or division was selected before saving.
