Delete a User
Overview
Suspend a user account instead of permanently deleting it so the user's records and activity history remain available for reporting and auditing.
Permissions / Access

Navigation Path
Admin Dashboard -> Users -> Edit User
Steps
- Open Admin Dashboard.
- Select the Edit Users tab.
- Find and select the user you want to suspend.
- Toggle Edit Mode in the upper right corner of screen so it's turned on.
- Select the User Controls drop down on the user you want to delete.
- Select the option to suspend or deactivate the user.

- Confirm the suspension.
Result
- The user is suspended and no longer has access to the platform.
- The user's account information and activity history are retained.
- You can restore the user later by unsuspending the account.
Notes / Tips
- Users are not permanently deleted from the platform.
- Suspending preserves user data for future reporting and restoration.
- If you need to restore access, unsuspend the user rather than recreating the account.
Troubleshooting
Common issue: The user still has access after suspension.
Solution: Verify the suspension was saved and check the user's active status.
Common issue: You cannot find the suspend option.
Solution: Ensure you are on the correct user edit page and have the required permissions.
