Folder

Overview

Add a folder resource to organize and group multiple files within the training module. Folders help users navigate and access related resources in a structured way.

Permissions / Access

  • Company Manager

Training Dashboard -> [Select Training Module] -> Turn on Edit Mode

Steps

  1. Click on the Training Dashboard on the left navigation menu.
  2. Open the training module where you want to add the folder resource.
  3. Turn on Edit Mode in the top-right corner.
  4. Click Add an activity or resource.
  5. Select Folder.
  6. Upload files to the folder and add a description.
  7. Click Save and return to Training Module or Save and display.

Result

  • The folder resource is added to the training module.
  • Users can browse and download files from the folder.
