Wiki

Overview​

Add a wiki activity to create a collaborative documentation space within the training module. Wikis allow users to view and contribute to shared knowledge resources.

Permissions / Access​

  • Company Manager

Training Dashboard -> [Select Training Module] -> Turn on Edit Mode

Steps​

  1. Click on the Training Dashboard on the left navigation menu.
  2. Open the training module where you want to add the wiki.
  3. Turn on Edit Mode in the top-right corner.
  4. Click Add an activity or resource.
  5. Select Wiki.
  6. Configure wiki settings and initial content.
  7. Click Save and return to Training Module or Save and display.

Result​

  • The wiki is added to the training module.
  • Users can view and contribute to wiki pages.
  • Changes are tracked in the system.
