Survey

Overview

Add a survey activity to gather feedback and insights from users about the training module or other topics. Surveys help you collect quantitative and qualitative data.

Permissions / Access

  • Company Manager

Training Dashboard -> [Select Training Module] -> Turn on Edit Mode

Steps

  1. Click on the Training Dashboard on the left navigation menu.
  2. Open the training module where you want to add the survey.
  3. Turn on Edit Mode in the top-right corner.
  4. Click Add an activity or resource.
  5. Select Survey.
  6. Add survey questions and response options.
  7. Click Save and return to Training Module or Save and display.

Result

  • The survey is added to the training module.
  • Users can complete and submit the survey.
  • Survey responses are collected and available for analysis.
