Glossary

Overview

Add a glossary activity to define key terms and concepts related to the training module. Glossaries provide a centralized reference for terminology that helps users understand content.

Permissions / Access

  • Company Manager

Training Dashboard -> [Select Training Module] -> Turn on Edit Mode

Steps

  1. Click on the Training Dashboard on the left navigation menu.
  2. Open the training module where you want to add the glossary.
  3. Turn on Edit Mode in the top-right corner.
  4. Click Add an activity or resource.
  5. Select Glossary.
  6. Add glossary entries with terms and definitions.
  7. Click Save and return to Training Module or Save and display.

Result

  • The glossary is added to the training module.
  • Users can search and reference terms and definitions.
