Add Qualifications from a Framework to a Plan

Overview

Use this page to add qualifications from a framework into an existing plan. This is helpful when you want to build a plan by selecting qualifications that have already been defined in your framework structure.

Permissions / Access

Who can perform this action?

  • Company Manager

Management Console -> Qualifications -> Manage Qualification Plans

Steps

  1. Navigate to Management Console.
  2. Select the Qualifications tab.
  3. Select Manage Qualification Plans.
  4. Select View Plan Details for the plan you want to update.
  5. Select Add Qualifications to Qualifications Plan.
  6. Select the framework you want to use in the qualification picker.
  7. Select the qualifications you want to add to the plan.
  8. Select the option to confirm the selection.

Result

  • The selected qualifications are added to the plan.
  • The plan includes the framework items needed for assignment and tracking.

Notes / Tips

  • Confirm you are updating the correct plan before adding qualifications.
  • Review the selected framework carefully so you add the right qualification set.

Troubleshooting

  • Issue: The qualification you need is not available in the picker.
  • Solution: Confirm the qualification exists in the selected framework.
  • Issue: The qualifications were added to the wrong plan.
  • Solution: Reopen the correct plan and verify the plan name before making changes.
